1. He/she will abide by the Operating Agreement , including any amendments or extensions through the date of his/her signature hereto.
2. He/she agrees to either accept any future amendments or extensions to the Operating Agreement or the BYLAWS as they get adopted by the GGT, or to terminate his/her membership in the GGT forthwith.
3. Hi/her continuing Membership in the GGT shall be a binding affirmation of continuing acceptance of the cumulative BYLAWS, disclaimers to the contrary notwithstanding.
4. He/she understands in general the risks of amateur investments, and the responsibilities of general partnerships, and accepts the corresponding risk and responsibility of being a GGT member.
5. Any claim or complaint for remedy or damages or other legal proceedings under civil law that he/she makes on any GGT Member, or on any group of GGT members, or on the GGT as a whole, which is any way connected with the GGT, shall be adjudicated by binding arbitration only, as follows:

   	He/she shall defray all costs of arbitration, unless the Arbitrator specifically directs otherwise;
   	Arbitration proceedings venue shall be selected by the management Committee, generally to suit the convenience of the defendant Member(s).
   	The Arbitrator shall be a member of the American Arbitration Society.
   	The Arbitrator shall be selected by a referral from the American Arbitration Society.

6. He/she agrees to honor Rule 5 (arbitration of complaints) permanently, even after his/her membership in the GGT is terminated.
